Well, I have read that ingesting a few ounces of Round-up can kill a
human, so it seems at least conceivable to have collateral mammalian
casualties (e.g., shrews, mice) when doing in dandelions. But more to the
point of the message you responded to, what effect does this stuff have
on *birds* that ingest it? Or earthworms? Or dragonflies?
