Saw my first Heermann's Gull of the summer yesterday near Anacortes.
Seems kinda early, but I'll have to check my records.

A single Cassin's Auklet was with a group of about 50 Marbled
Murrelets today south of Lopez Islands. Again, it seems a bit early
to be seeing this.

Maybe this hot weather is driving them in!
