Subject: Sweet Home case

Don Baccus reported (regarding the Supreme Court's decision), "Scalia
doesn't think so, he made it clear that in his view "harm" meant direct
destruction and gave anecdotes from his youth to back it up." (cut, cut, cut)

I talked recently with Ken Jacobsen, my local WA State representative,
and he told me a funny story about the last legislative session. He said
some administrative staff (non-partisan types) had put a sign on the
bulletin board:

THE PLURAL OF ANECDOTE IS NOT DATA.

Sounds like a fun sig-line for some Tweeter, eh? --EB
