He is organising a chain gang, oops, work party to go over to Jetty Island at
Everett to clear an area on the island of Scots (cringe) Broom to create a
des-res for a colony of Caspian Terns which are to be evicted from the naval
base this summer.

Apart from some hard work (the "hard" bit is optional but not the "work")
there are some neat birds to see - Western Meadowlark, Merlin, Northern
Harrier ... as well as some cool things with 4 legs and fur - Townsend's Vole,
River Otter ...
