Some time ago there was a discussion on this list of the toxic effects of BT
on birds which consume the poisoned insect larvae. There is a question
about this issue on the Master Gardener list out of WSU.

A subscriber to tweeters had a wealth of information about BT's toxic
effects (enough to convince me not to use it). If anyone has information
about this issue could you E-mail me to that I can pass it on to the
Gardening list.
