I am preparing a proposal to build a viewing platform at the Longview
(WA) sewage treatment ponds. I need to get a list of such facilities
around the Northwest. I have information on the Cannon Beach facility. If
anyone has information on plans, costs, sponsors, fund raising ideas,
liability concerns, etc., I would appreciate hearing.
