Notes on 3 totally white birds. One was a starling in the Auburn
Valley last March. It was in a huge flock though, so no news on its eye
color or leg color. There was not a dark feather on it, though. A
totally white Robin was at Dungeness Spit in January 1992 (not actually
out on the spit). Again, I never got to see the eye color, it wasn't
very friendly. Maybe it was self-conscious about its color. A totally
white Whimbrel was on Cape Cod in July 1992, but it had brown eyes and legs.
