Let me get this straight. I can go out with a monfilament gill net and
incidentally catch as many petrels, murres and albatrosses as I like. Or go
out with a shotgun and kill and (more likely) maim lots of wildfowl. But pick
up a feather and I can get busted !!!

Surely something wrong here ?
