As I understand it the Spruce goose was taken apart and barged up the
Columbia and, I believe the Willamette, close to McMinnville and then hauled
overland to a new flight museum. The entire effort was overseen by Howard
Lovering, former director at Seattle's Museum of Flight.

Re the Golden Eagles: In addition to rabbits, I''ve seen them feeding on the
afterbirth of feral sheep on Decatur island in the Spring.
