Sure it wasn't the same bird, perhaps preserved in a milkshake??? :)

Mike Houck and I saw a migrating black swift a few miles north of
Fort Rock, OR one year. As white-throated swifts nest at Fort Rock,
at first we assumed it was one of these, but got good looks and
much to our surprise ...
