Three fun places are:

(1) First, Second, and Third Beach in LaPush. Easy hiking to
wilderness beaches.

(2) The nine-mile loop starting from the Ozette Lake ranger station:
Ozette - Cape Alava - Sand Point - Ozette. For good weather only.
Cape Alava is the oystercatcher capital of the world. Also,
good otters, whales, and perigrine action.

(3) Cape Flattery. While surfing there, I ran into two birders
staring at a pygmy owl, perched only five feed off the road
in a clear-cut area, one mile east of the Maka Museum.

Have fun... JAS
