You can't go wrong with that itinary!!! My only comment is that
it is a very busy week.

In Patagonia, be sure to go to Patton's house. As you drive towards
the TNF reserve, it will be on your left on the corner as you turn
left. There is a little wooden sign with their name on it. If you
don't see it, just ask around.

I'm sure you know about Spofford's in Portal.

When in Tucson, go out to the monument early in the AM - the desert
birds are easy to find. Harris' hawks seem to be more common
outside the monument. If you bird their early in the AM, you can get
to Madera canyon in plenty of time to bird. If you're planning
to camp in the canyon, get there early, and good luck if it's the
weekend.
