Yes, the exact ballot title and working of the petition to repeal
Initiative 164-- the "Pay me or I'll pave over" Initiative--are being
haggled out in court. The hearing is today at 1:30. We could get a
decision as early as today or as late as next Tuesday. Then the
petitions will go to press and we'll have until July 22nd to get hundreds
of thousands of voters to sign and get it on the ballot in November.
Thanks to all those who volunteered to help get signatures. I'll get you
the petitions as soon as available.
