We did the final day yesterday ... not with a bang but a 28-bird whimper.

But, the quick-scan total for the 45 days was 6757 sightings, excluding the
BEs. Best year ever was 8800+ in 1990 with that huge 3800+ day, and next
best was Bud's group in 1985 with 6781.

34 sightings per hour on the hill ain't bad ... and nearly 80 GEs, and 6
days of over 500 sightings.

I'll try to get a posting to tweeters in a couple of days, after current
panics moderate, but you might pass this on.
