There was some agreement among people discussing the proposed Bowerman
boardwalk that it would be valuable--essential--to see a hard proposal
with plans, cost estimates, etc. Apparently no one from the Grays Harbor
group is on Tweeters. Does anyone know any of those folks and have an
address or phone number; or does anyone know whether the people at the
wildlife refuge there have an e-mail address? Thanks.
