Hi Tweets!

Last night, about 6:30, I had a White-tailed Kite fly over my house near
Magnuson Park. It was gliding along, circling now and then as a crow
continually harassed it. The direction was a rough line between Magnuson
Park and the U-district. It was fairly low, and I got good views of it
for about 30-45 seconds. I wasn't even out birding, just eating dinner
on the front step, when I saw it. Long, pointy wings, thin body, long
tail, white underside with black 'shoulder' spots. I called Russell
Rogers, who went to try to track it down also. Maybe he'll have a report
(any report Russell?).

Also this morning seems like Wilson's Warbler day. After weeks of none
in my neighborhood, I heard five on the way to work today.
