Michael, The Black-throated Gray Warbler would be my second choice.
There are many of them around right now, and can sing songs of
some variety. There song does however, always have a certain
hoarse or buzzy quality, usually rising in pitch, a bit like
a Black-throated Blue or Cerulean Warbler.
