Gonna have to call you on that one... Indigestibility is a major factor
in gas production due to fermentation (ask a cow). That would have to be
attributable to either lactose or cellulose. Assuming no pathology in the
digestee's g.i. tract, protein is highly digestible.

I'd love a good physiology debate!
