Have there been any great egrets seen in NW Washington?

I'm asking because this winter there seems to be a buttload or
two around the PDX area, more than I've heard of before. About
a dozen at Oak Bottom (SE Portland) and apparently two dozen or
so at the north end of Sturgeon Lake on Sauvie Island (unaccessable
to the public at the moment, but seen by the biologist).

Great egrets seem to be showing up here more regularly and in greater
numbers recently than in typical winters, unless of course I've
just been paying more attention the past couple of winters.
