Dean,

Sounds like a fine spot. White-headed Woodpeckers are resident all year
though they wander a bit in winter. Red-naped and Williamson's
Sapsuckers migrate out of state for the winter. Lewis' may pull out of
the northernmost sites in winter. Flickers from up north move in to
augment our numbers in winter and the rest are pretty much year-round
residents.
