Well, despite my better judgement I returned from Africa and I am trying,
hampered by serious jet lag, to catch up.

Before I left I offered to host a Tweeters FAll get together and several
folks responded positively while I was gone. So this post constitutes a
formal invitation to all Tweeters to the a Fall Tweeters Get-Together and
T-shirt Design judging contest.

Tweeters Fall Potluck

Directions: From I-5 take the 50th Street exit, head west on 50th to Phinney
Ave., head North to 55th (2nd Light) just past the light turn right into the
zoo parking lot. The Activities and Resource Center(ARC) is the large brown
building.

I will provide a large room and tables, chairs, slide projector, and coffee
pot. Early birds(note the bird thread) can come in at 3PM to take a quick
look around the zoo with the formal festivities begining at around 5p.

Since Tweeters are a notoriously independent lot I suspect further discussion
of program content, if any, will be forthcoming. Possibilities include the
aforementioned T-shirt design discussion, a forum on amateurs in research,
loosestrife recipes or other topics of mutual interest. I promise no S.
Africa trip slides.
