All those signatures were collected by volunteers..(except for
a small # which was stopped immediately)..

I'm really annoyed by Bockwinkel and her ilk who will *do it for
money*, and I believe we need to put forward an Initiative that
outlaws the process of paying collectors by the signature. I
think we'd see fewer frivolous Initiatives that way and in
the long run the environment would be better off. To that end
I'm drafting a letter to the League of Women Voters in Olympia
to broach this idea...they were key to collecting for #126..

Any ideas on how to proceed appreciated...
