Thanks for the excellent post, which I shall file for future reference.
Thus will right be made from a wrong :)

I do know that Ralph Maughan, whatever he said, said as part of it
"criminal prosecution". Beyond that, I'm sure I misunderstood
him. It may've been something like "of a Yellowstone animal" or
"in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem".
