An update. From Ch. 5 I got the name of Bill Baarsma, a Tacoma City
Councilman who gave me a contact in the County Executive Office of Pierce
County. That person hasn't contacted me yet and I will pursue tomorrow.
Already I am getting different information. It was a developer not a farmer
and it was $8000 not $6000 to do a gopher study. But none of this is
confirmed.
