Similar stories could be told about other endangered species.
Unfortunately, human aren't perfect. We have met the enemy and he is us.
Even when doing the best we can we end up doing wrong, and no one in
history has come up with a human based solution.

However, doesn't it make us feel good when we were right and the ones with
the power were wrong? Or does it?
