I've seen Upupa epops listed as African Hoopoe and Hoopoe, as well as
Hoephoep in Afrikans. I will look through my books this evening when I get
home to see if there are any otehr names listed. Irecollect a list of recent
changes but do not remeber if the the Hoopoe is on it.
