In the 14 Nov 1995 Washington RBA, Russell Rogers reported,

> A Northern PYGMY OWL was seen at Bryn Mawr, on October 22.

Can anyone give more particulars about this--explain where Bryn Mawr is
and where and when the owl was seen?
