Yesterday was too nice, so I snuck out early and wondered through the
fill. The most entertainment was at Stuart's Smorgasbord where 13 CA
quail (8 males, 5 females) were enjoying his largesse. They seemed to
intimidate the sparrows (golden crowned, white crowned, song and fox),
none of whom emerged until the quail were long gone....i may have to
contribute to Stuart's feathered feeding fund...
