An alert came through on the Portland Phone Network of a first-year
Common Pochard at Hat Rock State Park, east of the town of Umatilla, in
Umatilla County. Reported by Craig Corder and Mike Denny, it has been
around for a few days, but it took that long to ID. No details on exact
location or identification.
