On Sept. 30, Fred Bird said:

I was sitting in a grocery store parking lot in Tumwater on Saturday
afternoon for about ten minutes. During that time I counted seven
vultures moving south, at low level, just above the tree tops, going
with the steady northwest wind. Sounds like some kind of movement.
