Just to add some wisdom from experience, Oregon Field
Ornithologists purchased some pins several years ago and we still
have not recouped our original cost. Same with decals. We are
on the positive side with our t-shirts, though. Pins and decals
are just not popular enough for a small organization to make
money - or at least break even - selling them when there is a
limited audience.
