President Clinton,

I urge you to veto the Interior Appropriations bill if it will take away
protectioins for endangered species. A moratorium on listings of endangered
species is unaccepatble and this provision must be removed from the bill and
funding must be restored to the US Fish and Wildlife Service budget before the
Interior Appropriations bill can be signed.
