Regarding the groups who have taken a position on I 640,
Washington state chapters of the Audubon Society held their
semi-annual conference in Sequim this past weekend. Among the
issues discussed was whether the chapters should take a group
position on the Initiative. Since they were not all of the
same mind, they chose not to take position. However, each
chapter is free to take its own position on this issue. I do
not know if any have.
