Subject: silenced mute swans

Do any of the people on this list who work for the WDFW (or who don't) know
how to get the department to "control" the swans in Union Bay? As the swan
pair reproduced successfully this summer and nothing was done about it,
there's now the chance for a population to become established. I was told
that the department has not responded to this request in the past.

You're welcome to post me directly.
