I knew that, but I should have been more clear. The Crimson-fronted
Parakeet range, which just extends into southeastern Nicaragua, I believe
doesn't overlap with the pines in the Miskito region of northeastern
Nicaragua. I've also seen open pine forest in the "uplands" of central
Nicragua, again not in the range of the parakeet.
