Well, I don't know if marine or terrestrial molluscs are more unusual, but
I have to point out that the mascot of The Evergreen State College is the
geoduc. Our few athletic teams are generally called The Geoducs by sports
reporters, and we have a Geoduc Fight Song, whose lyrics I don't have
right here. The College motto, apropos of the geoduc, is "Omnia Extares,"
translated, "Let it all hang out."
