I am offering you the opportunity of a lifetime, the chance to show off
your bad photos to the rest of the world. No we don't have a budget to pay
for these shots, but think of all the exposure that you will get in our fine
publication- British Columbia Birds. In no time you will be rich!

Ok all kidding aside, British Columbia Birds has started a photo ID quiz
feature that I will be writing/compiling and we would like to know if anyone
is interested in submitting photos that would make a good Identification
quiz. The bird has to be a species that is found in British Columbia. The
photos don't have to be of perfect quality, but the aim is that the
explanation will be useful as a learning aid to the identification of that
species, so we do need to be able to see the field marks. Let me know if you
are interested.

BTW, BC Birds makes enough money to keep going and is strictly a product of
volunteer work (other than the printer I guess). As well, I lied, you
probably won't get rich off this one - but you will get free cable service
if you subcribe!
