Kim,

For raptors using the perches, I imagine that you're going to be limited
to Red-tailed Hawks, Kestrels, and Northern Harriers in the daytime, to
Great Horned and Barn Owls at night (Presuming any barns for Barn Owl
habitat). If the perches are close to cover (i.e., alder/fir/maple
timber and brush), you might get some accipiters - Sharp-shinneds or
Cooper's hawks - but the accipiters often tend to look *back into the
brush* when hunting...

In the winter-time, you might get some northern shrikes using the perches
as well.
