Hi all you world birders!

I've recently received subscription information on a new periodical
publication from Australia called (appropriately) "Australian Birding".
I have seen two issues and am impressed by the information on bird
location and trip reports, tips on species identification, and other
goodies for the Australian birder (something I have been until only
recently). Didn't know if anyone would be interested, but I have the
info if you'd like to contact me directly (or if you'd like my recycled
copies).

ALSO

I have tantalizing info on a low cost two week birding trip to Macquarie
Island and the subantarctic which departs New Zealand on January 6th, 1996.

I would be happy to share the details if anyone is interested. Too bad I
won't be able to go - it leaves on my wedding anniversary!

Good birding to you all - I'm off on a drive from Virginia to Seattle in
a week - I'll report anything interesting when I return.
