My two cents - I'd vote to keep the tweeters topic as birding, and let
other topics be discussed in other forums. Sure, the occasional
straying to nature in general can't be avoided and are generally
appreciated; yes, slugs, salmon, wildflowers, decals, picnics, etc,
etc, etc, are interesting; and yes, there IS a delete key on my
machine. But I'd still prefer to read more about birding and birds
and less about politics. This group is an escape for me. If I want
to read about politics, arguments, pollution, etc, I'll buy a
newspaper.
