Since I brought this subject up, I'll have to interject that I've
known some poorly educated folks working at unexciting jobs who
have an excellent grasp of conservation issue. Including one cowboy
I shared beer with last spring in Harney County.

Having said that, though, I'd have to say the your implication (that
the less educated one is, the less able one may be to figure out
issues, etc) is one I agree with.
