In Everett head North on Broadway (Old hwy 99) and the highway to Marysville. Watch for the Smith Island and Marina exit signs and take that exit. head to the right back towards the bridge. At the stop sign take a left. Go past the marina, past the park (restrooms there). Under the freeway and you are at the Everett STP. Straight ahead on the orad between the two part of the STP is the bridge to Spencer Island. Park were it looks suitable and walk across the bridge. I also plan on being there Sunday Morning.
