I tend to be suspicious of appeals to silent majorities -- perhaps it is
a holdover from the association with Spiro Agnew and Tricky Dick. Since
I am, however, one of the people that only rarely posts and, as a
non-resident of Washington, I am also one of the people who has no say on
the various initiatives that have been discussed recently, I hope that
Tweeters remains the open and free0wheeling place that it currently is.
It is never dull.
