Goldfish and Koi (Japanese for carp) are two separate species of
fish....closely related but yet different. I did not see the PI article,
but it must have been referring to Koi and not goldfish....not for those
kinds of prices. And the cost of koi pretty much precludes their
being dumped into ponds and lakes around here. I'll go with the common
goldfish as the likely Osprey catch......cheap eats!
