When one subscribes to both a birding and a bicycle list, queries about a
Marysville (Msv) STP are, at first glance, confusing. For the uninitiated, the
real definition of STP is: "Seattle to Portland", as in a 200-mile bicycle
ride, and I've already done that, been there once this year. And once is
enough!

But back to the Msv sewer treatment pond: I have a friend checking on details
and the possibility of getting in there and he'll get back to me (and I to
Tweeters) next week. Unlike the Everett STP which has an occupied city lab on
site (so the gate is often open), the Msv STP, unfortunately, is always
locked, and one has to have a key to get in, which means some inconvenience
for city workers. There may be an adjacent viewing area, but I'll have to go
look.

Meanwhile, I had kettle(?) of five SEAHAWKS over the Everett waterfront today
at about 1 pm...all chirping away very loudly, sounding like peeps.
