Alvaro Jaramillo was asking for data on Rustic Buntings sightings on the west
coast. For Vancouver Island, we have 2 records:

Nov.25, 1983 to Feb. 20, 1984 - single bird at River Jordan, SW coast of
Vancouver Island - Confirmed by many and by photos.

Dec. 8, 1990 to at least Apr. 12. 1991 - single bird at Tofino, B.C.
Confirmed by Adrian Dorst and others.

I recall at least one record for the Queen Charlotte Is, but have no
specifics. Perhaps others do.
