Scott, Yellow-headed Blackbirds are rare but regular migrants along the
coast in fall. I doubt if anyone would question the identification of a
bird that distinctive. I'm sure Russell Rogers appreciates the record for
his compilation of Washington sightings, and maybe you could send him a
photo for the permanent record.
