I simply sent the tweeters FAQ directly to the guy (i.e. by email).

I'm obviously not as good as you are in the PRing stuff... SIGH.

Now, maybe we could systematicaly write `baby sea gulls' instead of
`shorebirds' or `peeps' or `sandpipers' to impress him with our (well,
certainly mine) ornithological knowledge :-)
