Hi Alan and Serge,

The Tweeters FAQ is actually part of the 'welcome' message subscribers
receive upon subscribing *if* they do the passwording as requested by the
listprocessor. Unfortunately only a small percentage do that passwording
so I have been periodically posting it to the list.

I could have it archived but I can't do it myself. Since it changes
regularly I would rather not have it archived. The information is available
from our Web page and I would be happy to send anyone a copy.

Please contact me privately if you would like copy of the current edition.
