I am on a Thucydides (ancient Gk historian) list. Every few months,
someone posts a plaintive note: "Is this list dead or is my computer
broken?" And there's a wee flurry. Maybe zee Tweets're enjoying the
glorious weather, hiking and so on. I noted the return of a few pair of
Gadwalls and many many coots to the Mt Baker boathouse this week.
